Submitting Requests
Police records can be requested under the FOIL by filling out the FOIL request in the Forms & Applications tab. Once the form is completed you may:
- Email the form to police@baldwinsville.org
- Mail the form to the police department at 16 W. Genesee Street, Baldwinsville, NY 13027
Fees
All applicable preparation and/or reproduction fees must be collected before any legally releasable record(s) are provided:
- Paper records are $0.25 per page
- Video records are $1.50 per DVD or $10 per thumb drive and a minimum of $125 per hour for outside professional video redaction if required.
Court records are not FOIL-able. Please call the Court Office at 315-635-6355 for specific instructions for what you are looking for.
