House numbers: New York State building code requires residents to provide emergency vehicles with house numbers that are at least 4 inches in height on the front of every residence. Numbers shall contrast with their background.
Nuisance Vehicles: Any motor vehicle that is either unregistered, inoperable and/or unusable. Village code prohibits the storage or deposit of a nuisance vehicle out of doors on public or private property. The owner of the property will be sent a notice that they are in violation and will be given five (5) business days to remove the vehicle. If the vehicle is not removed within the prescribed period, the owner of the property will be issued an appearance ticket for justice court, fined, and the vehicle will be removed at the owner’s expense.
